*PM मोदी का ऐलान: 500 और 1000 के नोट अब नहीं चलेंगे, यहां जमा कराएं*
राष्ट्र के नाम अपने संबोधन में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बड़ा ऐलान कि या है। उन्होंने कहा है कि 8 नवंबर-9 नवंबर की मध्यरात्रि से 500 और 1000 के नोट बंद हो जाएंगे। पीएम ने कहा, '500 और 1000 रुपये के पुराने नोट 10 नवंबर से 30 दिसंबर 2016 तक आप अपने बैंक या डाकघर के खाते में जमा करवा सकते हैं।'
जनता को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि आपकी धनराशि आपकी ही रहेगी, आपको कोई चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है। किसी कारणवश अगर आप 30 दिसंबर तक ये नोट जमा नहीं कर पाए, तो आपको एक आखिरी अवसर भी दिया जाएगा। आपके पास 50 दिनों का समय है।

500 और 1000 के नोटों के अलावा बाकी सभी नोट और सिक्के नियमित हैं और उनसे लेन-देन हो सकता है।
मुख्य बातें:
-अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डों पर विदेश से आ रहे या जा रहे लोगों के पास यदि पुराने नोट हैं तो ऐसे नोटों की 5000 रुपये तक की राशि को नये और मान्य नोटों से बदलने की सुविधा दी जाएगी: पीएम मोदी
-सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के पेट्रोल और सीएनजी गैस स्टेशन पर भी 11 नवंबर की रात 12 बजे तक पुराने नोट स्वीकार करने की छूट होगी: पीएम मोदी
-इसी तरह 72 घंटों तक रेलवे के टिकट बुकिंग काउंटर, सरकारी बसों के टिकट बुकिंग काउंटर और हवाई अड्डों पर भी केवल टिकट खरीदने के लिए पुराने नोट मान्य होंगे: पीएम मोदी
-11 नवंबर की रात्रि 12 बजे तक सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों में पुराने 500 के नोट भुगतान के लिए स्वीकार किए जाएंगे: पीएम मोदी
-11 नवंबर की रात्रि 12 बजे तक नागरिकों के लिए कुछ विशेष व्यवस्था की है: पीएम मोदी
-9 और 10 नवंबर को ATM काम नहीं करेंगे: पीएम मोदी

Delhi’s shame: Burari knife attack victim was a school teacher, stalked for six months



The horrible incident in Delhi’s Burari area was captured in a CCTV camera. The accused was seen stabbing the woman 27-28 times with a knife. In the video, the man is seen pouncing on the 21-year-old-girl and stabbing her 27-28 times as she helplessly lie on the ground

The brutal attack on a woman in Burari area of Delhi today was allegedly carried out by a stalker who was after her for over six months. The 21-year-old victim was stabbed to death with a knife over 20 times at around 9 am by the accused. The victim was identified as Karuna. According to reports, she was a teacher at Novel School in the area.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Madhur Verma told reporters that the woman was publicly stabbed by the accused, named Surender Singh,34. “The victim was known to the accused and no one came to help when the incident happened,” Verma said.
ANI reported the victim’s brother, who couldn’t be identified immediately, as saying that the accused from Rohini was stalking his sister for a long time. The family had also registered a complaint against the accused and the matter was settled six months ago. “He (accused) was harassing my sister for a long time, he stays in Rohini. We had registered a complaint after which he had calmed down until now. Aditya Malik is his name. Six months back we had registered the complaint and matter was settled then,” ANI quoted him saying.

Reports said that the accused was arrested by police. Meanwhile, relatives of the Burari knife attack victim gathered at the Sushruta Trauma Centre in Civil Lines, where the victim was admitted, and started a protest against the incident. The relatives also formed a human chain to mark their protest, ANI reported

Jaipur:  Six persons were arrested, including wanted criminal Kapil alias Nandu Sangwan, and Rs. 10 lakh in cash and weapons were recovered from their possession from Renwal area in Jaipur, police said."A team of Gurgaon police was chasing three criminals who were in an SUV yesterday and they opened fire at them near Jaisinghpura. They managed to escape and reached Renwal area where locals caught them and handed over them to Renwal police chowki under Phagi police station here," Jaipur Police Commissioner Sanjay Agarwal said on Saturday.The staff, however, did not inform senior officers and instead stuck a deal to help the accused evade police. They also allowed them to speak to their aides in Delhi on cell phone following which three of their accomplices came to Jaipur to get them released for Rs. 10 lakh, he said.Meanwhile, with technical inputs the criminals were traced to the police chowky following which they were arrested around midnight."Action against the police chowki staff will also be taken," he said.The officer said Kapil is the most wanted criminal of Delhi and was carrying a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh. Another accused, Sachin Chinkara, was also carrying a cash reward of Rs. 50,000.A licenced revolver and two illegal weapons with live cartridges and Rs. 10 lakh in cash were seized from their possession. The vehicle was also impounded, he added.

256 sacked Honda workers reinstated



JAIPUR: Of the over 3,000 workers sacked from the two-wheeler manufacturing unit of Honda motors at Tapukara in Alwar district, 256 resumed work on Wednesday after tripartite negotiations between workers, the Honda management and the labour department of the state government arrived at a breakthrough during talks on June 6.In talks earlier this week that labour commissioner CBS Rathore also participated in, the workers and the management arrived at an agreement that 256 permanent employees would be reinstated. The workers had earlier alleged that they had been victimized for attempts to register a union.Another meeting on June 13 will discuss the fate of the other 2,800 workers also sacked on February 16 this year, after police were called into the factory premises and rained lathis on protesting workers. Over 100 workers were arrested on charges that ranged from attempt to murder, looting and rioting. The workers said they had been on protest after one of them had been roughed up. They said they had been systematically victimized since August last year for attempts to register a union.A press note issued by workers on Wednesday thanked the management and the labour department for the positive outcome of the June 6 talks and expressed confidence that the workers would get support in future too.Bookmark or read stories offline
